We will fish for these tasty little panfish in Irondequoit bay.  Perch congregate in here by the billions it seems.  I generally will start fishing for Perch in November.  We can continue through Spring if mother nature lets us, but as soon as the ice melts we are back at it through March.  This is a great trip for kids because of the non-stop action that these fish bring.  If it is Crappie or Big Bluegills Honeoye is the lake I would recommend.  During April and May this lake puts out some slabs!
