Lake Ontario April Brown Trout
Charters The month of April can be prime time on Lake Ontario for Brown Trout fishing, and
it is our favorite time to fish for them. Typically, we are trolling the shorelines of Rochester where the warmest
water is located flowing out of the various streams. Warmer water this time of year attracts the bait-fish, and they bring
along the predators! Most of the fish we'll catch are Brown Trout, but Salmon and Steehead are not uncommon. Brown
Trout can be a great deal of fun on light tackle, and thats what we'll use to catch them, especially when they reach the double
digits in weight! With new top of the line rods and reels from Daiwa these fish can bring loads of excitement. Another nice
thing about these charters are you don't have to go far to find the fish, which is why the charter prices for Brown Trout
trips are significantly lower. EVERYTHING is provided except what you would like to eat and drink for the day. These go FAST! Just a few days available
